Installation Instructions
The operation platform of this machine adopts micro-computer control system,easy to handle with high control accuracy.The winding shaft adopts lateral rotary design,only one person is needed.It adopts single winding structure which eliminates the problem of uneven thickness of raw materials.Unwinding shaft adopts shaftless cylinder top cover device.The lifting adopts hydraulic turnover type which makes the material loading easy and convenient.The film tension can be adjusted at will when the machine is running.This machine can be equipped with flat knife(Applicable for cutting film) or round knife(applicable for cutting paper) according to customers' specific needs.The Rectifying Part adopts EPC photoelectricity rectification which ensures the cutting accuracy.
It is equipped with burrs cutting and automatic waste edge disposal mechanism.The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC(one vector motor)and it adopts touch screen man-machine interface.
It is equipped with automatic meter counter.The length can be set according to specific needs.It will stop automatically when reaches the amount set.
