6:30 p.m. Monday, June 5. Odd Colony Brewing Co., 260 N. Palafox St. Led by professional musicians, Jazz Jams are strictly fun opportunities to perform jazz with other musicians. The Fabulous House Band will be led by Roger Villines on trumpet, Andrew Gregg on keys, Steve Douglas on bass, Jimmy Roebuck on drums and Jim Green on guitar. 7 p.m. Monday, June 5. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Seville Quarter and the Blues Society of Northwest Florida are bringing the "blues" back to the Seville Quarter Entertainment District. 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 6. Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach's popular outdoor summer concert series with performers for every musical taste. Featuring a lineup of regional artists, Bands on the Beach delivers an eclectic musical experience throughout the entire summer. This week features Tyler Mac. 10 a.m. Thursday, June 8. Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor's Center, 15500 Perdido Key Drive. World Oceans Day will be a day of environmentally focused games, activities, and art projects. The Perdido Key Area Chamber, along with multiple partner agencies, will be presenting information on protecting beaches and marine habitat. Friends of Pensacola State Parks, The Perdido Key Association, Gulf Islands National Seashore, Escambia County Natural Resources Department, Clean Horizons, Healthy Gulf, and Friends of the Southwest Library, will all share more information and fun activities geared to all ages, designed to educate on the importance of protecting and preserving native plants and species that call Perdido Key home. 7 p.m. Thursday, June 8. Hadji Shrine Temple, 800 W. Nine Mile Road. Join Fiesta, DeLuna LXXIII, his queen and the 2023 Court of DeLuna at the Hadji Shrine for this annual celebration. Grab your best neon leg warmers and enjoy a Totally Tubular Night as organizers celebrate with an 80s Rewind theme. Jefferson St. For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs, who also happened to be there. A fast-paced romp through the Seven Increasingly Eventful Years giving you a new look at a familiar adventure from the perspective of three potential heroes just trying to make it through a magic school that proves to be very dangerous for children. Friday through Sunday, June 9 through 11. Flora-Bama Lounge & Package, 17401 Perdido Key Drive. Flora-Bama's 10th annual Fishing Rodeo is the "Every Mans" fishing rodeo. Categories will range from catfish to bill fish, including a spearfishing category and everything in-between. Bring all the family and friends for a fun packed weekend featuring top of the line prizes. The rodeo opens at midnight Friday and closes at 7 p.m. Saturday. Palafox St. Follow Alice down the rabbit hole as she meets the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, and all the other characters from this classic story. 6 p.m. Saturday, June 10. Sir Richard's Public House, 2719 E. Cervantes St. Sir Richard's Public House will host a Carolina Oyster Roast to celebrate the bar's 57th anniversary. Attendees can purchase orders of oysters in either half or full dozen quantities. Prices and any additional food items will be announced before the event. Featured drinks will include Wicked Weed beers and a honey jalapeño lemonade. The Nathan Mulkey Group will be performing live during the event.
